Your initial appointment with Drs. Cummings, Balasanian, Caputo, Nicholls or Clark will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options.
Occasionally, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. However patients with a complex medical history or treatment plan will require a thorough evaluation with a second appointment to provide the treatment on another day.

Financial Information:
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover in addition to cash or check. Drs. Cummings, Balasanian, Caputo, and Nicholls provide the optimal care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Patients will receive a monthly statement for any outstanding balances. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after the insurance payment has been received is the responsibility of the patient. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
