Brady D. Nielsen, DDS

Dr. Nielsen completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University (BYU) where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Dentistry.

After dental school, he completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training at Los Angeles County (LAC) and the University of Southern California (USC) Medical Center. During his residency training, Dr. Nielsen performed surgeries at LAC and USC Medical Center, Keck Hospital of USC, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. He also practiced in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery clinic at Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC.

Since completing his training, Dr. Nielsen has been practicing oral surgery in Southern California. He enjoys dental implant surgery and orthognathic surgery to reposition the jaw bones. He is also experienced in wisdom teeth removal and facial trauma surgery.

Dr. Nielsen has lectured at both local and national meetings, and has several publications in the oral surgery literature focusing on implant dentistry.

Dr. Nielsen maintains his membership in the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, California Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the local dental society.

He and his wife, Melissa, live in Orange County with their three children. In his free time, he enjoys being with his wife and young kids, playing sports, and being active outdoors.
